Credit Points can be used for any creative service we offer: Graphic Design, Web Design & Development, Video Production & Editing, Photography & Videography, Interactive Content Development .. A complete list is available on our website.
You can choose from various Subscription Plans, each offering a specific number of Credit Points monthly.
Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and the value of your remaining credit points will be calculated based on your subscription plan rate and fully refunded within 90 days of your cancellation request.
Yes, refunds are available in the following cases:
- Service interruptions caused by Samim Studios.
- Account termination due to Samim’s breach of terms.
- Refunds will be issued within 90 days, if applicable.
- Cancellation of the subscription within the first 2 months.
- You retain ownership of your original materials.
- Samim Studios retains ownership of the work files but grants you the necessary licenses to use it for your business purposes.

No, Credits cannot be transferred, resold, or used for speculative projects.
